Datacloud USA is almost here and we’re gearing up for a big few days in Austin. The event runs September 2-3, 2026 at the Marriott Downtown Austin, and if you’re anywhere near the data center world, you already know why this conference matters. On Wednesday, September 2 at 4:30pm, our own Tim Stocker, System Architect for Data Centers, will be joining a panel on the Datacloud Energy Stage: “Alternative energy pathways, powering the next generation of data centers.” If you’re weighing your options beyond the traditional grid connection, this is a conversation worth sitting in on.

Before it all kicks off, golf

The SMA team will spend time on Tuesday at the Datacloud USA Tournament at Avery Ranch Golf Club.
