The role is a crucial one as SMA continues to see rapid growth throughout the U.S. and beyond.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<em>I\u2019m so glad to be part of the SMA team and to join the exciting, dynamic solar industry,<\/em>\u201d Eric said. \u201c<em>This is a growing organization full of talented professionals, and I know we are going to see great success moving forward<\/em>.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Eric is a seasoned expert when it comes to all things operations. He is well-versed in building teams, balancing budgets, developing business, streamlining processes and much more.<\/p>\n<p>Previously Eric served as Vice President of Services and Vice President of Operations at Buckles-Smith Electric, an industrial supplier based in California \u2013 where he led annual sales revenue growth of more than 500%.
