Mexico\u2019s largest rooftop solar system was recently commissioned and is producing power for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.plamex.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Plamex<\/a>, a subsidiary of audio-headset manufacturer <a href=\"http:\/\/www.plantronics.com\/us\/;jsessionid=9EB4C77CE56C2106EEFC819386791058.alpha\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Plantronics<\/a>. It\u2019s not only Mexico\u2019s largest, it\u2019s the second-largest system in all of Latin America. The proudly all-North American system is made of 4,284 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.solarworld-usa.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SolarWorld<\/a><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00a0<\/span>panels, SolarWorld\u2019s Sunfix Plus racking system and four <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sma-america.com\/en_US\/products\/grid-tied-inverters\/sunny-central.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sunny Central 250-US<\/a> central inverters.<\/p>\n<p>Plamex hired long-time partner and system integrator <a href=\"http:\/\/www.3teksolar.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">3Tek Solar<\/a> of Tijuana to design and install the system, which is expected to produce more than 1.9 gigawatt hours of renewable energy each year.
