He decided to modernize his plant with innovative SMA string inverter technology. As a result, Guntram Grieseler\u2019s plant is now producing even more energy than before. Project owner Guntram Grieseler has been operating the\u00a0Saint Guillaume solar power plant\u00a0in the French community of\u00a0L\u00fce since 2011.<\/p>\n

With an output of 2.9 megawatts peak, the power plant supplies solar power for 1,000 households.
\nThe\u00a0L\u00fce\u00a0solar farm sustainably blends into its surroundings, as\u00a0the PV modules are placed on the roofs of greenhouses where a local organic farmer\u00a0grows his vegetables.\u00a0Solar energy here allows a double harvest from the same area.<\/p>\n

When\u00a0the inverters\u2019\u00a0service life\u00a0suddenly\u00a0came to an end, low performance\u00a0was\u00a0threatening the asset\u00b4s profitability \u2013 so\u00a0Grieseler decided to modernize his plant with innovative inverter technology.<\/p>\n
